For Disabled Military Retirees

The Uniformed Services Disabled Retirees (USDR) was founded in 1981 by six disabled military retirees from the State of New Mexico. The original founders of the organization were Stephen Wolonsky, President; Jack F. Blankenship, Vice President; Edward L. Krapcha, Secretary/Treasurer; Ignatius DeCicco, Albert W. Means, and Robert J. Renfro; Directors at Large.
